Basically, trimming before surgery is not necessary. It makes the hair clipping wider at the time of surgery, and in the case of severe heart disease, it can aggravate pulmonary edema and other problems.
After surgery
Trimming is allowed after surgery and if the one-month postoperative examination is stable.
